Ankle Pain
Why does my ankle hurt?
The ankle is a commonly injured area that can result in difficulty with walking and performing day to day tasks. The most common cause of ankle injuries are from rolling the ankle inwards. Research suggests the recurrence of ankle sprains are particularly high and can result in ankle instability overtime if left untreated. Ankle pain can also be caused by overuse injuries such as tendinopathies, most common being the Achilles Tendon.
