Shoulder Pain
Why is are shoulder problems so common?
The shoulder is a shallow ball in socket joint, making it prone to injury. The shoulder joint includes the clavicle (collar bone), scapula (shoulder blade), and humerus (upper arm). The prevalence of shoulder pain and injury is particularly high amongst athletes from throwing sports and labourers who perform repetitive overhead activities.
